As the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic has deteriorated &in light of new government advice it is with great regret we have temporarily closed our B&B and Holiday Cottage, to protect ourselves, our team and our guests and each other, and our country's healthcare resources, by staying at home, as disappointing as this is for everyone.

Unfortunately the financial pressure is potentially devastating for small businesses such as ours and it is unclear whether we will qualify for any government assistance so regrettably we are unable to offer refunds at this stage.

You may have travel insurance, which should cover you for this, please check any policies, there may even be one attached to your bank account. We are of course happy to supply any required documentation.

If you have already been in touch and have not received a reply we are working through the many we have as quickly as possible. If you have already been in touch to arrange a postponement/deferral/new date we are truly grateful.

If you don't have travel insurance or it does not cover you we will happily transfer your booking to any available date within the next 18 months at no extra charge. Please do not telephone us to arrange this as we are only a small team ? please adopt the following procedure:

Direct bookings ? reply to this email stating the date of your original booking and the date you would like to transfer to ? we will do the rest and you will receive an email confirmation of the change.

Expedia/Trivago/Hotels.com/booking.com etc ? we cannot make these changes so please log on to the OTA you booked through and make the changes to your reservation there.

If you are unable to postpone/defer/alter your travel plans for later in the year or next year then we will keep your details on file and as and when we are able to we will of course process your refund.

Welcome to Robin Hood Farm, a family run, dog friendly luxury Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the Peak District. We offer our guests 3 luxury private en-suite double bedrooms, 2 of which accept dogs, and 2 lovely double bedrooms which share a bathroom, ideal for families or groups, and all with a delicious breakfast menu using locally sourced ingredients.

Our boutique B&B in Baslow is perfectly located for exploring the stunning National Peak District, just a 40 minute walk from the famous Chatsworth House, and a 5 minute drive from the only previously Michelin starred restaurant in the area;Fischers. We have an abundance of excellent local pubs and restaurants on our doorstep including the Robin Hood Inn which is just next door.

Guests have access to our large grounds and facilities including space for a picnic and secure private parking, as well as our communal lounge where you can relax after a long walk in front of the log-burning stove.

We have five rooms that cater to guests different needs. Our three superior double rooms are all luxuriously equipped, including private en-suite wet rooms, complimentary toiletries and robes, and a delicious full cooked breakfast. We also have two standard rooms that share a bathroom but allow guests to still enjoy the finer luxuries of our B&B for a lower price. We have a further communal bathroom for all guests to use. All rooms have a fridge with ice compartment and twin USB charging sockets.
