Check-in is contactless, any time after 3.00p.m. - you will receive key safe details the day before arrival. Unless otherwise arranged, guests should leave their rooms by 10.30 a.m.
We require debit or credit card details to secure your booking - and will charge a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay. The balance will be automatically collected on the day of check in. If you cancel 7 days before the date of your stay there will be no further charge. If you cancel within 7 days of the date of your stay we will charge 50% of the cost of your stay. If you cancel within 2 days of the date of your stay we will charge the full amount (unless we re-let the room in which case we will refund you the same amount paid by the new guests).
