Check-in is ordinarily between 4.00p.m. and 7.00 p.m. If you anticipate arriving outside these hours, then please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. Unless otherwise arranged, guests should leave their rooms by 10.30 a.m.
A deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay is taken at the time a booking is made. The balance will be automatically taken on the day of check in. If you cancel 7 days before the date of your stay we will refund the deposit in full. If you cancel within 7 days of the date of your stay the deposit will be forfeit (unless we re-let the room in which case we willl refund you). See T&C's for further info.
Cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit will be charged. The total value of the booking will be charged if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice.
